After penality hearings on 7th April, let us hope improving the habit of CPIO of MNIT to atleast timely sending the reply.Unfortunately , there have been no change in the deep rooted habits of CPIO of ignoring all RTI applications last five years.

good effort for bringing transparency in the administration . I am a pass out of 2010 batch and it is because of your efforts that this time we received our caution money. Especially , I would like to thank Mr. Vipul bihari for bringing out the matter of irregularities in the returning of caution money.Hats off to him!
